BorderNails: Troy
He's the man with the plan; camera operator, propaganda maker, partner in interplanetary cult crime. He's got sick tats, a kickass arm, and the sense of humor of a 12-year-old.
It's Trooooyyyyy!!
(Check out the full post on Instagram! There's glowy stuff!)
BorderNails: Vaughn
That's bro, bro. I know I focused on Hyperion Vaughn but it just came out looking so good that I didn't want to break the color scheme by doing anything more...bandity.

BorderNails: Tyreen
Don't expect mercy. She's not that kind of God.
(Check out the full post on Instagram! The crystals glow and there's a sneak peek at Troy's design if you swipe to the end!)
BorderNails: Amara
This is it, y'all. The final game. The home stretch. And we're starting it off just like how we started this whole series: with a punching powerhouse.

BorderNails: The Calypso Twins
Now that both of their designs have been posted, I wanted to put them side-by-side for everyone because I'm very proud of how the whole concept turned out.
I wanted the aesthetic to be "they mirror each other but also show individuality" so that it would be obvious these were two different but very similar and related characters.
So to do that, I used the same basic guidelines for each, with repeated patterns but different color palettes. The ring finger and pinky are self-explanatory; siren markings and the chains that each twin incorporated in their outfit. The index nail shows each of their stolen powers, and the middle finger is something unique to each of them (Tyreen's husking, Troy's jacket detail).
There are only four (4) more designs left in the entire series, y'all. I know I've said this a lot but I'm feeling particularly sentimental, so thank you again for indulging this crazy not-so-little project. It's been a lot of fun and I can't wait to show you the rest, because like most things in Borderlands, this series will go out with a bang.
BorderNails: Rhys
Rhys has made a lot of questionable decisions but I think we can all agree that the mustache was the worst one.

Happy holidays everyone! I hope they've been somewhat enjoyable. Welcome to the start of the Tales From the Borderlands batch! Rhys turned out surprisingly cohesive and color-coordinated! Though to be fair, Rhys has great fashion sense, even if he is a human disaster.

Who's a good boy?! Who is it?! Is it Mr. Chew?! Mr. Chew's a good boy!

The stamping on my ring finger was not supposed to come out wiggly, but the topcoat did something to it that I've never seen before, so it's wiggly.
