Well ... hmmmmm ... How do you keep count and read? I can barely keep count when I’m trying to just count, to be honest. I lose count so easily, cos my mind starts wandering off then I suddenly realize I totally stopped counting. I guess if you just do it to exhaustion and don’t count reps?
I don’t read a lot, but I listen to audiobooks. Maybe that would work even better since then I don’t have to figure out how to hold a book at the same time.
dancing like theres no tomorrow
My last post was about me doing Pilates, or trying to anyway, this time I think I'm just going to dance :)....I want to exercise but sometimes strengthen exercises, Pilates, running just gets boring for me so in order to exercise and have fun I'm going to dance just make up moves and everyday for like an hour or two just dance like there's no tomorrow. I'm going to to try this for a week and hopefully I can post everyday how I did that day and how I felt starting today. for an hour or two I'm going to dance I'll post later how it was for me.
