Do you have any controversial headcanons that go against what is generallyaccepted by the fandom? Do you incorporate this into writing your muse orkeep it to yourself?
i don’t really know about controversial but i have a few: 1. harry was an oopsababy. 2. despite his trauma ( and there is a lot for him to work out ) harry would be a very good dad. 3. the boy is a Jock no matter which way you cut it
What is something that was never addressed at all in the canon material that you have independently developed for your muse?
i’m going to say his race. harry’s biracial -- looking almost exactly like his father while the dursleys did everything to suppress that fact. when he started getting in touch with his parents world ( magic ) a whole new set of issues rolled in to further push away that sense of identity. an important part of how i conceptualize harry, and i do enjoy developing him in his twenties, is the discovery of the culture he was denied and forced to suppress. --- while there is evidence i could point to that supports desi harry and it certainly isn’t my headcanon alone, this is something i’m working really hard on.
What is an aspect of your muse’s canon material or canon existence that you never had the opportunity to explore but really want to?
i’m really interested in exploring harry becoming an auror after the war. while i think there is a solid year where he is basically a nomad ( soft homeless boy ) he does get back into action when he’s asked by kingsley to, even if it’s too soon and too much responsibility for him to manage. the mistakes he could make while trying to help this government rebuild itself when he himself isn’t totally together is something really interesting to me.
