Walking up to the Cameron household, something seemed amiss, Kie couldn't put her finger on it though. Looking around the side of the house where she heard someone, assuming that it was either Rafe or one of his siblings, she hears something that sounds like chopping. Okay, sure, winter is here, maybe someone's cutting up firewood? She gets closer to the smaller building where she steps up to the door and is met with a sight that horrifies her. Stopping in her tracks, she tries not to scream, but she does anyway. Shit. 𝓡𝓾𝓷!

She turns on her heels and starts to run as quickly as her feet can carry her, but whoever's in that creepy ass outfit with that mask is faster than she is and they're catching up to her, sinking a hook into her leg. "Stop! 𝓟𝓵𝓮𝓪𝓼𝓮!" She falls to the ground and looks up, holding her hands to cover her face. She's not even thinking about how badly her leg hurts or the blood, she's thinking about trying not to die! "I didn't see anything!" It's a lie, but fuck, maybe they'll believe her.

Her parents had once again threatened to send her off, but this time? Farther away to some place that didn't even have an address that she could find. Kiara was terrified, she knew that she had to be on her best behavior but she needed to see Rafe and talk to him about this. She sees him as she walks up to the front door, he's already standing there waiting for him which makes her heart happy.

"Hey." She smiles but it falters and he must catch it instantly because he's grabbing her and pulling her in for a kiss, and not just any kiss. Melting into him, she stands up on her toes to kiss him in return, putting her whole heart into it.

it's of the soul and i chose it cause i felt like a lot of my muses (back when i had less than 100 🤣) had these layers and that baring their souls were the ways to really know them. it also felt very fantasy too which i liked.

Is she being 𝓮𝔁𝓽𝓻𝓪 sneaky? Yes, she is, but there's a reason for it. Pulling Rafe by the hand, she stops and sits on the couch before she gives a casual glance up and grins. "Looks like we're under the mistletoe." Kiara can't help the grin on her face. "Guess that means I get to kiss you." She states before she pulls him in, a gentle hand on his cheek before she leans in and presses her lips softly but firmly against his.

Glancing around the Cameron's home, Kie is admiring how beautiful and charming everything is. She doesn't even notice that Sarah has left her to run upstairs and grab something, leaving her standing there in the large foyer. "𝓦𝓸𝔀." She goes to one of the sculptures that sits on one of the tables and she doesn't touch it, but she leans in to get a closer look. Her family has never had anything like this, even though they're not poor by any means. They've also worked hard for what they have and what they've given Kiara. This feels like it's been this way forever. . . She doesn't know too much about Sarah, only that she's her new best friend and that feels much more important to her than any sort of fancy house or money.

Turning around at the sound of footsteps, she goes to tell Sarah how beautiful the sculpture she was just looking at is, but she's met with the sight of Rafe, the older brother. The very 𝓬𝓾𝓽𝓮 older brother. "Oh, hi." She offers a soft smile. "I was just admiring the decor."
