The two were young when Leo first came to work for the older. And naturally, Elliot was boisterous and outgoing. Being fourteen, the noble only had a year before his Coming of Age Ceremony, so he claimed he wanted to act like a kid until then. Leo sighed as another leaf fell onto the pages of his BOOKand he looked up. Elliot had been climbing the biggest tree in the garden at the time, and as many times as Leo had warned the older not to, he wouldn’t listen. “You be careful..” He mumbled, hearing a snap from a branch. He swallowed harshly, trying to ignore it as best he could. Then, all of a sudden, a blur of Elliot was seen falling from the tree and landed on the raven sitting beneath him.
The servant whimpered, shifting beneath the weight of his Master. He wheezed quietly, more than a little winded. “…I-I said you should be careful…” He coughed, “Are you okay..?”
Elliot, of course, had ignored Leo's warnings to not climb the tree, but it was the biggest one and the challenge proved too enticing to pass up. So, while Leo was sitting below reading, Elliot had ventured up into the higher branches. It wasn't until he heard a snap that he realized he had gone too high and was suddenly falling, crashing into every branch on the way down, still managing to hear a horrible snap in his ankle, even through it all. And before he knew it, he had landed on none other than his servant and friend. "Ow," he manages to whimper, as he rolls off Leo, drawing his knee up towards his chest, as he reached down to grasp his ankle lightly, which was now throbbing, with pain lashing clear up his leg. "I don't know," he responds to Leo's question.
