I think people don’t really want to think about what the implications of what they said are. The explanation as to WHY not to use a certain term flies by them and they just go ‘this person looks angry -> i will apologize to this specific person and thus fix everything immediately’ or something.

HAH I just think it’s fantastic how your mutuals are gradually becoming my mutuals. Apparently there is lots of room in whatever weird internet niche of interests that we both occupy.
