The pitch perfect writers need to realise that if they had actually made bechloe canon, the film would have been so well received and the lgbt community watch things for representation, so they could have had a much larger audience than before. However, they resorted to teasing and queerbaiting which is just going to, and is currently causing, a ton of backlash and frustration, despite setting up bechloe since pp1. So instead, beca is getting a love interest that no one, including Anna, is very happy about. They’re idiots.
