Today’s character is Boris Wizen, Ridley’s son.

To be honest, I don’t know much about Boris. He’s a fine specimen of a Kobold. Also, his name isn’t spelled weird, like “Borus.” Probably because it’s actually supposed to be “Boris,” and it’s not an adaptation of “Bors.”

I mean, I hear Boris is pretty loyal. He must be, if he joins the army after his dad dies. Poor Ridley’s passing won’t make the game unwinnable. That would put him on the same level as Gremio, except Ridley doesn’t get to come back to life. Poor Ridley.

Ridley’s actually pretty good-looking, too. I mean, Boris is.

Suikoden III - Thomas’s Chapter 1 

Overhearing Borus & Percival at Brass Castle

It was a nice surprise to get this extra scene in Thomas's chapter, but sadly most LPs and guides skip over it! I find this scene pretty important to understand how them both feel about that horrible event, and to understand their relationship, too... Percival is the only one he confessed to at first, and of course Percival lied to Chris and Salome instead of telling them. And then Percival's village got raid because of it and he wasn't even mad at Borus, because war is war. And they compete all the time over Chris's attention like two silly brats. And they get drunk together and get little Louis drunk too, just for fun (that was freaking hilarious)

What a pair of stupid motherfuckers you two are. You are great.
