it’s traditional wedding music of lowland Poland (where I live) recorded by contemporary young musicians taught by old folk masters. you’ll find both ritual and dance songs there.

the record is beautifully made with utmost care and respect for the sources. loosely inspired by the upcoming animated film based on Reymont's Nobel-winning epic novel Chłopi (eng. Peasants).
