This is King Cranium. This large and bulky mutant is the new leader of the Skullcap Crew and a proud owner of a modded Reserver. No one really knows what kind of mutant he is, but some say that he originated from Blueprints project (will explain later). He use to be the right-hand man of the previous leader until Duala murdered him. During the before the death of his leader, he made sure to build his core before the ensuing power vacuum to make sure that anyone who opposed him would be squashed like an insect. If you're willing to fight him, it would be a good idea to either match his bulk or turn his own power against him. Duala did mention that he takes time to recover after a barrage of attacks, so taking advantage of his recovery phase is a smart move
