After having 0️⃣ energy or motivation yesterday, I can say that today I #beatyesterday It wasn't much, but still a step towards getting my mojo back! 😃 . . EZ mile warm up 9:50, followed by a quick strenght training sesh . . 3 x 10 cable row 40 lbs, 2x 50 lbs 10 lat pull down 40 lbs 10 barbell chest press 10 lbs 10 barbell squats, no weight, 10 lbs & 15 lbs 😝 baby steps but looks like my muscle are getting there 💪 😁 . . #humpday sounds better than Monday unless you're running or watching the #bostonmarathon 💙💛👍 😉 . .
