Going through my follower list blocking all the bots (read: the majority of my followers) and I ran across one called radfoxpoetry and now i'm sad because I would love to read some rad fox poetry.

i'm still bitter about losing 400+ followers to the bot purge recently even tho there's nothing to be bitter about lmao but i think what's insult to injury is the people who recently followed me these days being OBVIOUSLY a bot like i mean come on there's no way in hell a hot girl like you would follow a shitposter like me

please tell me there was a tumblr inactive/deactivated blogs system purge that i didn't know about, or when the fuck did i lose over 400 followers all of a sudden. unless,
unless y'all decided to unfollow the second i posted that shinran fic. that can't be it . tell me that wasn't it .
Its that time again! I'll be doing a bot purge this Sunday evening ( March 10, 2024). If you are following me, and your account does not have at least 3 of the following:
A profile picture ( 'insta worthy' does not automatically qualify due to last round of porn bots - sorry)
A header image
A blog name/description
Minimum of 5 reblogged posts
Minimum of 2 created posts
Customized blog (font, color, style, etc)
I will be blocking the account under suspicion of it being a bot account.
If you're new and just have no idea how to do it, feel free and ask. I also have a lot of posts on the subject tagged how to tumblr (whether or not they show up, bc tumblr's search function *sucks* is a separate matter)

The only exceptions are accounts that have been following me and engaging with specific posts (cough dannyphantom cough cough) for a while. I know who you are, and I love you and you're fine.
