Something my idiot brain didn't notice earlier is that botopia cards are floppy disks (I knew that part at least) that PULL OUT to make the cards a full card.. Found this out with their structure whilst drawing em lol

Inscryption OC based on bounty hunters from act 3

His name is Tom Delizer!! Every time Tom meets a challenger, his personality changes. There are a lot of ZIP files loaded into it, they didn’t even really try to make it normal, because it was just another impulsive order from P03. The Photographer didn't care how well this bot was made, he just made an order and released this unstable robot into Botopia

P03′s Body: Theory

I’m like 99% convinced the reason P03′s body has no legs and only one arm is because he dismantled them himself and stuck them on the assembly line for his cards. Maybe he decided he had no reason to go anywhere else, and found them unnecessary. Which would make sense why he only has one arm; he would still need one arm to take himself apart, and wouldn’t have a way to remove the last arm. If that were true, he favors his right arm (tho I’d think a robot would be ambidextrous). 

It could be nothing, but given that the final P03 boss (who sits in his place, in his factory within Botopia) looks like P03, my theory is that the full-body robot model on Botopia is modeled after his body before it was taken apart. Interestingly, even the bot with all limbs is missing half its left arm, it’s left calf, and its feet.

random tangent about botopia, specifically about the protagonist within it

something thats bothered me for a while is like, who the fuck is putting a bounty on you??? so naturally my brain ran down a spiral

more under the cut (this came out longer than intended)

you are the bad guy

think about it

bounties are places on criminals right? and you get a bounty on you because you win a lot, which involves smacking around rogue bots, meaning that that's a crime

p03 says that you have "a spark" that can reactivate old bots. so basically necromancy for but for bots (something something evil necromancers), and you also modify said bots to "make em op" which is also like the thing where you (probably grotesquely) mutate a person to make them stronger, but again, for bots

you are ruthless to your own minions, as you can just straight up fuck over your own bots if you want using the hammer, also you can recycle them for money or to turn them into another bot, which is fucked up shit (classic evil guy stuff)

all this, in the pursuit of the great transcendence, which is basically the ultimate power grab (again, classic evil guy stuff)

so basically, what i'm saying is that in botopia you play as an evil necromancer seeking great power
