Benicia Old Town Theater Group is proud to present Sweat by American playwright Lynn Nottage opening Friday evening. The Pulitzer Prize winning drama portrays a meeting between a parole officer and two ex-convicts, and three women who were childhood friends and had worked in the same factory. The action takes place in a fictional bar in Reading, Pennsylvania. Shows run Friday and Saturday evenings, with Sunday matinees thru May 11.
