"Genya is stronger than Muichiro!!" "Genya is the man in the relationship!!" "Genya is the top!" honestly i HEAVILY disagree. here are my points.

• Genya was HEAVILY ab*sed alongside his siblings by kyogo while Muichiro had a great family even if their family were both equally poor. Genya got his trauma a lot more younger or worse yet, since he was born. to add worse, he was left to bury his mother's clothes, younger siblings and his older brother had left him with no help to survive while Muichiro got help by Amane Ubayashiki.

• Genya is A LOT BETTER with kids especially because he has younger siblings BOTH boys AND girls. Muichiro despite being twins, is the youngest one, he wouldn't be the mother/wife in their relationship that's for sure.

• Comparing their heights, sure Muichiro is shorter but that doesn't mean he is any slimmer or skinnier than Genya. At the age of 11, Muichiro already HAS biceps and abs meanwhile Genya was all skin and bones at the age of 14(photos are provided) and the only reason why Genya was able to grow taller and slightly stronger was because he had CONSUMED demons, if not, he would still be skinny and shorter than Muichiro i'm afraid. not too mention, he was a hell lot shorter than Tanjirou and was sure as hell weak because Tanjirou literally broke his wrist so easily.

• Muichiro is a HASHIRA, i repeat, a HASHIRA. he is 5th strongest of all of them and that proves how strong he is. He doesn't need protection from Genya, it's Genya who needs to be protected. his lungs are weak and can't even reproduce a breathing style proofs just how weak he is comparing to everyone around.

• Personality wise, if Tanjirou hadn't help with Muichiro remembering, he would still be that distant cold guy. Genya is the type to be angry but eitherway would still recieve help from Tanjirou because even in early seasons they were MEANT to be friends or the least is to interact. Muichiro was not mentioned at all from Tanjirou's mouth or anyone else while Genya was. Muichiro would come off as cold,distant and overall those Genya stereotypes you'd find in cringe genmui stories.

• In Kimetsu Gakuen, Muichiro is a lot smarter than Genya, not the other way around. Not too mention, he asked Genya to call him 'Muichiro-kun'. not in the respectful way japanese people would go for (AKA going by their last names; 'Toukito'.) but he wanted Genya to call him 'Muichiro-kun' without the formalities, smiling happily while Genya called Muichiro a 'little shit' for wanting him to call him that.

• In Kimetsu Gakuen, it shows that Genya gets along well with BOTH Yuichiro and Muichiro + it was mentioned they even went out to China town together alongside kotetsu so no doubt if Muigen started dating, Yuichiro wouldn't care as much and would support it meanwhile Sanemi would grow more overprotective and put Muichiro into a lockdown of interview. This is just my point but still it wouldn't make sense if Yuichiro is the one being all overprotective while Sanemi is the cool one.
