Can you fuse Alolan Raichu and Bouffalant?

Bouffachu are normal and electric pokemon. They are know for their bad attitude and their menacing looks despite being relatively small for bovinae pokemon. They use their long slim tails as whips that they can give an electric charge. As said before, these are very feisty pokemon. However, if this pokemon gets attached to a certain human or pokemon they are extremely loyal, very gentle and kind.
