Bounie x Zarbon : Hates each other. Zarbon despises anything just as (if not more) beautiful than himself, Bounie’s attitude problem, and the fact that he’s basically forced into marrying her. He feels it is his ‘duty’ to help repopulate his race, and hide his sexuality behind a gorgeous woman. Bounie mirrors Zarbon’s feelings and wants to achieve the perfect, beautiful family. In my headcanon, Zarbon is royalty among his nearly non-existent race, but threw away his crown to work under Freeza. Bounie, however, still sees him as ‘royal blood’ and that ultimately convinces her to have his children. She becomes aware of his sexual desire towards men and it further insults her, being that she is homophobic. Once again, in my headcanon, I assume that Zarbon’s race is an extremely beautiful yet vain one. Homosexual feelings and actions aren’t uncommon among them, but it is certainly forbidden. How can you produce more gorgeous looking [insert race’s name here] children when you’re into the same sex??? Also, it hurts the opposite gender’s ego. So, their home planet mainly consists of hot, hypocritical, homo-as-fuck aliens.
Kiden x Dodoria : So, Dodoria falls head-over-heels for Kiden from the very first time he even sees her. To him, she’s the perfect woman: strong, pretty, assertive, and has a big appetite. Oh, and she ranks pretty high among her co-workers as well. The poor guy is really shy around girls he likes, so it takes him awhile to talk to her. When he finally does try and flirt with Kiden, it results in her humiliating him in front of his lessers. But he remains hopeful. After many failed attempts, Kiden finally confronts him and dares Dodoria to kiss her. Expecting the worst, he quite timidly goes for it anyway. At the last second, Kiden pulls away and it shocked that he was really going to do it. Fed up with the abuse, Dodoria screams out his feelings and does his best to assure Kiden that he’ll never try and contact her again, but something happens. Kiden’s horns and thorns begin to shrink into her skin as she gently wraps her arms around Dodoria. In my headcanon, the spikes on Dodoria’s race’s bodies are used for protection, and begin to disappear into them when they are sleeping/totally relaxed, or when they are in the presence of someone they love. Kiden did not believe Dodoria really ‘loved’ her until this moment because no one has ever treated her so kindly, and she had mistook his loving advances for a cruel joke.
