Become the #1 Bournemouth fan voice on Yahoo Sport!
We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bournemouth fanatic who knows the ins and outs of the club and isn’t afraid to voice and blog his or her opinions.
Compete with other football pundits to become the #1 fan voice for your team on Yahoo Sport. One fan from each Premier League club will be offered a spot on Yahoo to write and post during the 2015-16 season, as well as:
- Have your content promoted across Yahoo UK, Yahoo Sport, the Yahoo Sport app and Yahoo’s social networks.
- Get paid £20 per article to write 1-2 pieces per week throughout the season.
- Receive a Yahoo Sport t-shirt or hoodie.
- One finalist will be picked to guest star in an exclusive Yahoo Sport video about the summer transfer window.
At the end of the season, Yahoo will select 3 grand prize winners from the 20 finalists. The grand prizes are:
- Have a coffee/pint with one of the Premier League’s rising stars on the pitch.
- Have a chat with a well-known football journalist to pick his/her brain about the industry.
- A special grand prize (it’s a secret!) will be given for highest social shares at the end of the 2015-16 season.

How do I apply?

Our competition application form will ask you for your full legal name, pen name, email address, which football club you support, as well as a writing submission to show us your knowledge, writing skills and voice.
o Assignment: Write 350-700 words discussing what Bournemouth has done and what they need to do in the summer transfer window.
