Question - would a ‘cow/bull’-based ‘centaur’ be called a bovitaur? Cervitaurs are deer taurs, so I’m assuming yes...?

(Please note that I don’t mean a minotaur, which is bipedal and has the head and torso (and hooves in some interpretations) of a bovine.)
