FA!Avid? Lose the leg (because that can be a treatment for gunshot wounds if they hit anything vital)

TSIL!Scott? Could’ve killed him, actually kinda wish I had nowadays, but maybe I’ll write a oneshot

See? So DO NOT take what the characters are going through for granted, I could do so much worse. And to the one dick head who’s probably reading this, REPRESENTATION GIVE MORE CHARACTERS DISABILITIES!!

not enough attention is put towards kokichi's belief in Freedom. i think. because it informs so much of How and Why he is the way he is

he believes that everyone should be free to do whatever they want, as long as they don't take away the freedoms of others. which is why he's so against murder (and like i don't think he Needs an explanation for that because nobody else does. Murder Is Bad. but this is one); because it's the ultimate form of taking someone else's freedom. you can't do anything after death. and by extension the killing game (a game you're forced to play and all that)

i mean there's a moment in chapter 1 where he literally spells it out. there's a fight in the cafeteria and he believes it's their right to argue, so he won't stop them. but it's also completely in kaede's right to try and convince them to stop, so he won't stop her from stopping them.

and that's part of why he likes lies so much too. there's only One Truth. but there's so much more freedom with lies! and why he hates when other people tell him to stop lying, but they lie themselves. that's just hypocritical. he has the freedom to lie, too. that's what i think he means when he starts fake crying when other people lie...he's making fun of them. "i hate liars!!!" said by the liar. he's not actually being hypocritical, or being secretly self-deprecating. he's pointing out their hypocrisy by going "yeah that's what you sound like!!!"

anyway that kinda got off the point um. freedom is a very important thing to kokichi. and i don't think this is realized enough because it explains a lot about him that i see people sometimes complain about it having no explanation

^a classic in my playlist. Absolutely adore this song and its meaning.

^ I think I’ve had this song since it came out, so about three years. The beat drop never gets old, even if the lyrics occasionally corn me out.

4. Clean Air by Laufey in the album “a matter of time”

^what could i say about this song that hasn’t been said already. Peak. YOUR HEARTTT TURNEDD BACK TO GOOOOOLDDD *be new new noooo*

5. Bury Me by WillyRodriguezWasTaken in the album “wetdream”

^just good. Banjo and soul and an excellent beat drop.

6.ill cook my own meals by Julie in the album “my anti aircraft friend”

^some classic shoe gaze rock. Not my favorite, but fits in nonetheless

7. Mothers by Grimm Grimm in the album “eternalise”

^ a brand spanking new addition ! Moody synth with a foggy vibe

8. Candy by Alex G in the album “rules”

^look, I know it’s Alex G and some people are haters. But it’s a good song and I love it.

9. Run by Slow Funeral in the album “conditions of trust”

^ah. Peak. Her voice is simply incredible, it’s a devastating song and one I can relate to on a surface level- but on a writing level it definetly resonates with me.

10. White Knuckle Jerk (where do you wake up) by Will wood and the Tapeworms in the album “everything is a lot”

^ Campy, fun, good rhymes and fun metaphors. Tells a good story and it’s certainly entertaining. I’ve had this one for a while
