‘The Day in the Life as King’ [Closed Roleplay with toprotectandscrve]

All was quiet within the throne room of Bowerstone Castle, the King sat quietly, contemplating his thoughts in peace after Hobson left bringing the recent news regarding the lands of Albion. The Hero King’s eyes read the report from top to bottom, from meagre tax reforms to help the more poverty towns, to Hollow men rising from their graves to invade the innocent.

In fact, it was such news of the Hollow men that turned the King’s face sour, sighing with such stress in his voice, he looked over to his left and saw his proud weapon: The two-handed Hammer ‘Hammerthyst’ and raised a smile. After the King got up from his throne he walked over to the left and with one hand, he picked up the mighty weapon and smiled, his mind remembering of the old days as a wandering Hero of Albion.

“Hmm... I suppose one more adventure will not harm me. I am sure the Wife will look after my throne whilst I am gone.”

The Hero King spoke to himself out loud, his mind clearly had been made up with the plan of today figured out. The thrill of smashing skulls with the brute strength, magical prowess, and finesse of a warrior was an addiction, a delightful taste of what was to come....

But just before he was set out to leave, there was a knock on the door to the Royal Throne. The Hero King sighed, rubbing the temple of his forehead, retuning to the seat of the Throne with his mighty weapon resting on the floor beside his throne.

“You may enter.”
