Bowflex pr1000 thus really provide satisfaction to its customers. Even amazon itself categorized this machine as the best seller and has maintained a 4½ out of 5 starting rate. In this bowflex review we also include some of the complaints. One complaint was that bowflex pr1000 home gym was not upgradeable, meaning to say that you could not add additional resistance to its pre-set power rod. The power rod limitation also drew negative feedback from customers that it don't have enough weight for leg movements. However, we recommend low weight with higher resp for the beginners and to avoid injury.
