When I first started going gluten free, bread was the hardest thing for me to give up. I often felt like I was still hungry after eating a salad and at times I felt like just saying screw it...so I started making hearty salads that make you feel FULL and not like you could still eat an entire pizza by yourself. (THIS RECIPE IS IN MY BIO!) And while I still indulge in the occasional everything bagel and gluten here and there, I don’t crave it and remain mostly gluten free.
