I am not having a good day. I received the box spring from Walmart and it’s not what I ordered.

I ordered this

And got this

I need a split box spring so I can take it upstairs. And this is why I don’t order online. I can’t call cause of course they will not provide a telephone number. I haven’t tried to call or go to the local store cause they’ll probably say they can’t do anything because it was ordered online. I’m trying to return it but in the Walmart app/website is showing like it has not been delivered. But, I do want to receive what I ordered. I don’t want to just return it. And if I could speak to someone, maybe there’s a way to kind of fold it?? I don’t know. I just know that the whole thing is frustrating.
