I'm still reeling from the excitement of the show last night. SO MUCH FUN! I can't wait to watch the extras!

The bloopers are hilarious, and from the behind the scenes stuff, you can tell the tour really meant a lot to them and the crew. I think my favorite parts of the show were the sexy dance number that Katya did, and when Trixie plays the guitar. Even though it was a silly song, I find her voice so soothing. When I saw her one woman show, she sang serious songs too, and played the autoharp. She has such a dream-like quality sometimes.

Watching the show with you made it so special. My absolute favorite part of Tumblr is connecting with people over these weird, random little things, and enjoying them so much more because there is someone to share the fun. You're so special, Sam.

A song I rediscovered is Rock Me by Steppenwolf

Very cool! I actually hadn't heard this one before. When I saw the title, I thought it was the "Here I am. Rock me like a Hurricane" song, but this one actually has a very good message about trying to have compassion for yourself and other people who are suffering. I liked it a lot.

As far as the video goes, I was mesmerized by the bass player. Every time they were on camera, they were just serving drama and beautiful hair. Honestly. Slay Queen!

Fact #1: Last weekend, I went to a Sound of Music sing along. If you've ever been to a Rocky Horror Picture Show, it was kind of like that. You got a little bag of props at the beginning, and there were things everyone was supposed to yell at different points in the movie. It was so much fun! I got to chatting with someone that went who I kind of know, but not really. We hit it off and are going to go out to karaoke together this weekend, which I am pretty excited about.

Fact #2: In a couple of weeks, I am taking my annual road trip to the desert. Me and my friends go out in the middle of nowhere where there is a restaurant on an old cattle ranch that serves amazing cowboy food with giant steaks and the best rolls on the planet. I'm going to stay with a friend I haven't seen in about 10 years and she is taking me to a Native American beading class. I don't know if something so tiny and precise will be in my skillset, but it will be fun to try.

Fact #3: I recently punched an MMA fighter in the face, and it was the first time I ever intentionally punched anyone in the face my whole life. I've been taking boxing lessons for a while now, and my teacher decided it was time. I was told to just do my best and try to hit him. Since he is a pro, and very very fast, I figured I wouldn't be able to touch him if he wasn't ok with it. We were 2 minutes into the round when he dropped his hands just to see if I would do it. Time went all slow-motion-y, and it was really more of a boop than a punch, but I technically punched someone in the face, and it made me feel really tough. I told him he could punch me back, but he laughed and declined. I'm normally a very gentle person, but there is something about putting on the gloves and dancing around a bit that I really love.

Lol that movie is something that I could see being on the SyFy channel. That is right up their alley if movies.

I would looove to see SyFy bring the weird holiday cheer! Some years I get so into Christmas movies, and some years I don't watch any. I'm really going to make an effort to be Merry and Bright this year. I'm going to take a train ride to a Christmas village where me and my friends are all going to wear Holiday themed jammies. I've already decided I'm going to read mythicalamity's Christmas Pickle the day after Thanksgiving. Do you have holiday movies you try to watch every year, or stories you always try to read?
