my tmj is at all-time horror levels since insurance hasn’t renewed my physical therapy after 2 months and I’ve also been sick for a week so my sinuses are hell

sittin here trying to write an essay and I can’t hear myself typing over the sound of my skull cracking like a musket every 10 seconds and filling my head with indescribable pain
