They're at the kash and grab and and have snuck some doughnuts for breakfast. Ian with his regular pink sprinkle one and Mickey with a chocolate icing one. When Mickey's finished he's left with some smears of chocolate at the corners of his mouth. Without thinking Ian reaches over to wipe them away with his thumb, used to constantly wiping his younger siblings mouths. Mickey jerks his head back before he can "what the fuck do you think you're doing!?" Ian tells him he's just got chocolate on his mouth. Mickey rubs at his mouth but doesn't get all of it off. When Ian keeps looking it's "what the fuck are you looking at?" Then Ian gives up and lets him walk around the rest of the day with chocolate mouth.

okay but why is the thing about ian being so used to wiping the kids' mouths making me so 🥺??? he's just used to cleaning up his people 🥺 he'll wipe their precious faces OKAY so he just wipes mickey's too, it's second nature HELP!! and omg the idea of mickey going home and noticing the chocolate he's been walking around with on his face 💔 ian was internally like i wanna kiss it I WANNA KISS IT SO BAD 😩
