DAZED AND CONFUSED     ,   body meekly pushed itself up     ----------     ,   only to find that the cushions weren’t her own.     should’ve known that the strange unearthly feeling of SECURITY  wasn’t stemming from the hastings family manner.     where secrets lie deep    ,    often leaving someone deep in a pool of hurt if outed.    familiar scent of somebody’s    warmth  caused it to click into brain of where she was.    suddenly remembering opening up about nightmares and hallucinations which were the main source of spencer’s recent insomnia.       ❛     scott  ------------   ?       ❜        a twinge of panic etched into voice    ,   locks spilling over bony shoulders when twisting around     ,    eyes now alert and scanning his living room.       @boylune    .

“    hey,   you can trust us.   ”    debatable.   he may mean it now,    but he’s selfish at the core,    caring only for himself and the few close to him.    it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for him to go back on his word,   doing what he thinks is best for his own people,   regardless of what it means for everyone else.   but for now,   what he considers best is creating ties with other wolves.   especially ones as powerful as scott.    “    maybe we’re not the best people,   but we’re on the same side.   ”    /    @boylune

IT WAS A RARITY    allowing anyone to see past guarded walls that were usually so well built.    even to a person that she trusted    (   which was not many   )    ,    and in their case have each other known all throughout their entire adolescence.    lying came so easily.    a second nature.    eyes shifted    ,   avoiding anything that resembled concern and spoke in low   ,    dismissive tone.    she simply responded with a meek shrug    ,   continuing wafting through bypassers without even looking at him.    almost as if no one was even there.      ❛     i didn’t feel like being there anymore.     ❜       that much   ,    was at least the truth.    but not being anywhere seemed better suited.           @boylune    .
