So remember how I said I went on a date Friday and it went pretty well…

He called me today in the midst of me doing work. I said hey. Thinking he was going to ask the expected how are you what are you doing instead…

He mumbles something. I literally asked 3 times what?

So then finally he speaks up and says “I’m not going to be able to talk to you anymore.”

I said oh why not?

He says I have a girlfriend. I’m like oooh okay. alright then. And he hangs up.

This literally feels like a real life meme. And that his girlfriend was in the background. And I just have so many questions because I feel like a movie just cut off, and I don’t know anything about the plot. Like did the girlfriend find out? How long have they been dating? Why was he pursuing me the way he was? Was he like Issa and just needed a break? ILL LITERALLY NEVER KNOW.

So my friend brought his friend into our friend group. The friend has hit on 2 of the four girls in the friend group. Whatever.

Every now and then he will send me compliments on the pictures from my IG story. Nice.

My friend hits me up like what do you think about my friend. His friend that I consider a friend because he is now in our friend group. And in a lot of words I basically said Nah. Great.

Shortly after that, the friend sends me a DM saying “I think I’m developing a crush” I’m like lol that’s flattering. Sir you have already tried to get with two of my friends. Good day.

And I feel like he should have known that I wasn’t interested. So yeah, awkward.

So I was telling this guy that I was shopping and at the end of the day, I told him I was worn out from my day. He said something along the lines of "I figured, I know how you women get." I told him, I don't really shop like that unless I need something. He exclaimed that's surprising I think you're the first girl every that said they don't really like shopping. I told him that when I was younger my mother shopped me out. He said oh you were spoiled. I said no what I mean by that is when I moved to Orlando that all my mother did was shop since she didn't no anyone. [because I think she was still sewing a lot of my clothes at that point anyway] He asked me if I like all those expensive shoes and purses. I said no, but I do have a bit of expensive taste for quality purposes. He then mentions how he not on the level of buying designer stuff yet. I went on to say how I don't get caught up in designer stuff, and a lot of brands that people are stuck on there are a quite a few out there that aren't as popular but they're better than your MK, and others. Like my mother looks around in the designer vaults, so I know what's out there, and what everyone raves over.. it isn't it. Like this whole monologue of how I feel. From that point he agreed about what I said. But yet says He still can't wait to get on designer status (which not sure what the difference is from women buying expensive purses and shoes) And "I don't get you women" At this point, I'm just thankful he has the sense to say women and not females. But you women??? I just said I'm not in to all of that. And he says well by association you just get clumped into that category 🙄🙄

and a joke. Sooooooo backstory: I use to communicate with this guy and found out he was 3 years younger than me. I found out when he posted his 21st birthday, and I was just like 😱😱 so then I stopped communicating with him. Lol and it all made since why he never went out with us because he wasn't old enough 😭 Anyway he texted me, and I'm like ...what's going on? And he says he's in my city. So I know he doesn't keep up with me, so I had to ask what city. He said Chicago, I'm like oh cool. He says where you at I'm like I live in Seattle. So then he says he misses me and I'm like really? Because why? He says we were shooting in the gym. ...when? I haven't talked to you in a year. You just want an opportunity to try me again. And that's not going to work, that's super dead. Just weird.
