Beer advent @mondobrewing collaboration beer with Jing-A Brewing Co and Dudda's Apples. Just to warn people this beer can look a bit lumpy (as you can see from the photo). This is natural and part of the process but maybe they should put something about this on the label. I had the same thing with he fields forever beer from Tiny Rebel. Anyway, this beer benefits from using non-fermentable lactose (milk sugar), which keeps the beer sweet - hence the milkshake name. Also, secondary fermentation on yellow peaches to make it fruity.
