I'm having a hard time finding the words to express my deep sadness and disappointment at the cancellation of #BlackPantherAndTheCrew. As much as I raved about #SecretEmpire, it was not my story. #BPATC was my past, present, and future in a collage of socio-political commentary and superhero fiction. I'm absolutely shook that I'm holding the last installment. This story has just barely begun. [...Searching for words...] I feel like I could have done more to save it. Should I have posted vids on Facebook, done a podcast about it, wrote #Marvel, written an article on @theblackgeeks website? The heartache is just so real. It's #AlmostHuman and #YoungJustice kinda feels, but this feels so very personal. I feel robbed. I feel like someone took away something that was meant for me to experience. (damn onions... 😢) I own a hard copy of every issue. If there is anymore I should do (short of buying every copy of every issue on the East Coast) I hope I see something from one of my folks in the industry to know what that is. What I will do is got get another complete set of Issues 1-6 in case #TaNehisiCoates comes to @universalfancon next year, so I can get them signed. Big time thanks to TaNehisi, #YonaHarvey, and all the amazing artists who worked on BPATC. Know this... when I hit the lottery next week...
