Deuce couldn’t help but hurry over when he noticed a child(?) starting a fight with a couple of CPNs, pulling his pen out with a flourish. The gem already showed signs of accumulating blot - he’d have to be careful, but he couldn’t let a kid fight a bunch of monsters on their own.

Even if he knew kids could...pretty easily hold their own in a fight, if his childhood had anything to say about that.

“Let me lend you a hand. It’ll be easier to take them down if we work together!”

And, without really waiting for an answer, he formed an orb of water and sent it flying at one of the CPNs in an attempt to stun them.

As she was surrounded by people who were dangerous and flirty towards other women, one of them has chloroform in a towel which is something Shouko would not want to be in that situation as the bonus part is, she's cornered.

If only she can defend herself but she totally cannot defend herself because of her difficulty to communicate but to be inexperienced in combat. That is where Damian appeared after defeating them. She thought that he was just a normal being but his skills in fighting made her captors retreat with it.

"T-Thank you." A simple 'thank you' is enough but it was sincere, coming from her. Maybe people here aren't so bad.

Costume or no costume, Parasoul had seen it all of his actions that almost reminds her of what Umbrella could be as she also wants to fight crime for the the rights and justice. Literally a job for the ASG. Relief that no signs of Skullgirl too. Let’s keep it that.

“For someone so young, you can handle bandits yourself.” She wouldn't ask further questions. She just admires his actions since, there is no or less authorities on detaining criminals.
