Hey that genuinely didn't occur to me, I'm going to edit the post to reflect that. It should have done since my brother probably as pectus excavatum.

hmmm, have you thought about trying a halterneck bra? Or another kind of bra where the straps aren't in the usual arrangement? Those might stress your back less. Or strapless bras? It does make a big difference to the fit and comfort of your bra if the straps are properly adjusted. If you can find the right kind of strap it might even ease stress on your back as the support for your breasts will be more evenly distributed.
Apparently I'm a 32D?
I've been wanting to measure myself correctly for the right bra size but I put it off because I've always been comfortable in my 34C (maybe my girls are a tad too big, but hardly), but I finally did it tonight and wow, I'm pretty surprised.
(For those of you who don't know, measure around your torso under your bust for the band size. Then measure around your chest at your nipples since that's the apex of your breasts. The number of inches different from the band size corresponds with what cup you are.)
+1 inch = A cup
+2 inches = B cup
+3 inches = C cup
+4 inches = D cup
+5 inches = DD cup
Etcetera, etcetera.
Since I'm buying from Victoria's Secret tonight anyways, I'll order one of my bras in a 32D and see how that fits me.
Ehehe, I can say I'm a D cup now. Ehehehe.
well blow me. just re-measured myself from watching a bra fitting 101 video and according to this sizing (and many many other sources) im a 30E/F. Definitely not the 32B ive thought for so long! someone's going fake bra shopping tomorrow XD (because I don't have the funds to actually buy a bra)
Bras are confusing. I measured my self the fancy way and the normal way. Under bust is 36". Bust is 44. So my size should be 36H. Which the sister sizes are 34I, 38G, 40F. The size I currently wear: 38DD, or I have two bras from Walmart that are 40DD that I like but they have space in the cup sometimes. The sister sizes for my current bra are 36DDD/E, and 40D. 40 D bras suck- I have three and they are terrible. Why do bras have to be so complicated?
