TED: At the front of the grid, George Russell, as cool as a cucumber. He stepped out of his car, just went to have a word with his physio and then actually, put on a headset, a team headset, and had a little meeting with his engineers.
GR: I always believed it, but I think for drivers, who are waiting for that first victory there's always a bit of pressure and media speculation (...). I knew I had it in myself, but you just wanna tick that box and say "I've done it". (...) I think the thing that stuck in my memory the most from that day, is not how it made me feel, but seeing how it made my whole team feel, and everybody who's supported me on my journey. Seeing my engineer, who's won championships in the past, won loads of races, he was crying on the podium.
