Me: “Okay, that was during the drive home from the mall today, hang on--”

Me: “WAIT.”
Left Brain: "Must we cross Brave Frontier with every new piece of media we sufficiently consume? There was Pokémon, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Kingdom Hearts...And now, Dishonored. We aren't even finished with the full duology and its DLCs!"
Right Brain: "Ren's the Outsider in this AU."
Left Brain: "Oh, absolutely. There can be no better fit."
Right Brain: "Thinking about having Yurika and Sasha be Empress Jessamine and Emily, respectively. Which would make Lugina the most likely candidate for the protagonist, Corvo. We'll fit Hansu in somehow."
Left Brain: "That is fitting as well--Oh, that means Sasha gets kidnapped after watching Yurika get murdered, and Lugina gets framed for it...."
Right Brain: "Yeah, it be like that."
Left Brain: "You know, theoretically, we could take Tilith's characterization down the path of Ruby Rose from RWBY. Often chipper, doesn't seem to let all the bad that's happened to her get her down..."
Me: "Oh boy, here we go..."
Right Brain: "Oh, but that girl's got baggage of her own, but she's barely processed it, shoving it all down for the sake of needing to be a leader. She's no gritty edgelord, that's out of character, but I believe she's bottling it all up and putting on a brave face."

Right Brain: "Surely, you can have such a character: Someone who refuses to be broken, to have their light snuffed out. But the brighter the light, the darker the shadow."
Left Brain: "It just doesn't feel natural to think everything's A-okay after learning that your caretaker only took you in for your powers, left you in the dark about all their plotting, and then tried to kill all the friends you've made. It's something we don't see Tilith actually process for more meta reasons than in-game reasosn."

Right Brain: "I will punch you in the jaw."
Left Brain: "So, I'm looking at a bit of dialogue you have stored in here, and I have a question: How exactly would Bertz and Lugina know about Karl and Ren's break-up, if you have dialogue that has the two guys picking on them for that new fact despite only showing up in God-Eater's Web?"
Me: "...That is a very good question."
