If through medical technology: Silicon Valley, Boston, Minneapolis, Tampa, Jacksonville.
If through startups and/or mobile apps: San Francisco, Silicon Valley, New York.
If through biotechnology and pharmaceuticals: Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington D.C., San Diego, Los Angeles.
If through government/policy: Washington D.C, Baltimore.
There's money to be made in any field. The challenge is developing and successfully deploying an effective solution that someone is willing to pay for.
