if something smells bad or like sickness and it’s making you feel all numb and worse then normal(worse then your normal levels of numbness fatigue or nastyness) and you can’t really pinpoint where it’s coming from it’s usually your hair If you can go give it a quick wash in the sink and then change out your pillow case see if that helps
I don’t know how to properly explain this but when I don’t shower enough that’s what happens to me so then I do shower and change my sheets and it’s been like a day and it should be fine again but it’s not enough and I can’t tell why usually what I’m missing is i didn’t scrub my hair thoroughly enough and I have to go back and shampoo my hair again more thoroughly and then a second time then I change my pillowcase and it’s back to normal(again as normal as it can get)
but you can only trust this if you know you won’t overthink it and then overdo it and end up over washing and scrubbing and hurting your scalp (I think the exact word is paranoia? Like when someone overthinks something and worries over it to dangerous degrees and then they end up hurting themselves let me know if I’m wrong I don’t know the specifics) so if you do this two shampoos is your max and don’t use your nails be gentle and you know yourself better then I do if this tip wouldn’t work and you’d end up hurting yourself or end up worse then before then don’t do it these types of advice don’t work for everyone
