I know there's debate on the theory that the prefrontal cortex finishes developing at 23-25yo. But I gotta say at that age my brain did a LOT of changing, one of my favourite changes being Learning To Shut The Fuck Up. It did me wonders as a person truly. Having passionate opinions and being outspoken is all good and well, but you know what's better? Picking up a book and gathering more data instead of screaming into the void with millions of others. Being loud isn't the same as being right or even being accurate. And I'm SO blessed for having learned those lessons when I did. Thanks science you really did me a solid with that one!
