Hello there,
just a quick post today.
I’ve just been to the guys’ rehearsals, and that just made my day. Why? Sislife tried to grab the emotions out from Whatta, Evenart and Frankie. He just let them sit down and he pressed “play” on his iPod. Then, he asked the guys to focus on their minds, and to imagine themselves lost into Nowhere. At the end of every song, he put on a whiteboard whatever felt by the guys: colours, landscapes, places, emotions and people. At the beginning the guys were a bit shocked, but then they trusted blindly in him...
All of this is now called “Brain-Session”. 'It's vital to follow my mind and to understand yours', said Sislife.
