The laptop had been a gift from one of her foreign friends. It was a pretty nice laptop, but she hadn’t seen anything particularly special about it until the avatar with the green glasses had started talking.

She studies him for a few moments, unsure of what to say. Finally she decides that since the program introduced itself, it would only be fair to do the same.

“Hello, F484! My name’s Shauna! Um... is there something I have to do, to install the updates?”

Meyla blinked a little at his abrasiveness and idly wondered how someone like him was put in charger. The thought lingered for only briefly before she offered a meek smile. 

“Ah..Actually my brother and I were trying to figure out how we could work for Aether? When we asked a few of the other workers we were told we should ask the Branch Chief, which would be you...So would you mind answering that question or should I look for someone else?”

She was rather soft spoken as she clasped her hands behind her back, politeness was usually key when dealing with people like the man in front of her. This being the exact reason why Ryver wasn’t with in the room. He was too quick to snap back if one was too rude and they had been told about how it was more then likely that Faba would be aggressive with them. So the Twins agreed that the younger of the two should speak to him.

She should have know this was a very bad idea. She thought she would feel a bit safer with one of her companions, but of course all she had considered when picking one were size and the safety of the other guests. Which had left her with two options - Chimi and Gladys. And of course she had forgotten about Chimi's inability to resist food and so the Raichu had dashed off the moment she was out of her ball. June sighed. Should've brought some malasadas at least. Whatever Chimi was up to, it most likely involved something edible.

Much to her surprise, she was entirely wrong about that. Chimi had managed to get past three tables full of food without eating anything. She did have some berries in her paws though, which she was offering to another, slightly confused looking Raichu. June smiled. It was Valentine's Day after all. "Hey Chimi. Found yourself a partner?"
