It's been 10 years since I posted my original unreleased collection on Tumblr, and yes I have been seeing all of the requests to re-upload the collection from my original post with messages from here, Instagram, Twitter, e-mail, you name it! 😂
Took me some time to wrangle all of the files properly, create new artwork, etc., but with that said & done, I'm very proud to share the updated & elevated version of this amazing collection! Was only right to properly refresh it for you all after the long wait.
In this updated & elevated version of the collection you'll find:
New artwork designed by yours truly for a nice refresh!
New tracks added!
Some tracks re-organized to their respective era upon research & help from fellow Starz!
A Few Housekeeping Rules!
Please Note:
In this collection you will only find unreleased material, meaning songs that were not officially released for purchase, be that physical or digital. While Brandy does have a lot of rare records that we’ve grown to think are unreleased, they in fact are not and as such will not be in this collection.
You won't find the following in this collection:
Officially Released Remixes of Songs
Official Soundtrack Songs (such as, but not limited to: "Open" for Osmosis Jones, "Where Are You Now" for Batman Forever, "Dig This" for Meet the Browns, etc.)
Official Bonus Tracks (such as, but not limited to: "I Wanna Fall In Love" from Full Moon, "Like It Was Yesterday" & "Sirens" from Afrodisiac, etc.)
Doing this to stay true to the collection being unreleased material and not providing downloads of music you can purchase, be that physical or digital.
Sequencing:
The sequencing is in alphabetical order just to have some type of order. You're more than welcome to go through and rearrange the files in your personal library as you fit.
How to Add Music to Your Music Library:
As a Mac user if you're using the Music (formerly iTunes) desktop app, best rule of thumb is to download the .ZIP files, unzip them and then place them in the following folder:

For Windows and other music library platforms, follow a guide online of how to add files properly and you should be good!

The Unreleased Features Folder

This folder is a collection of songs in which Brandy recorded as features for other people's projects outside of her own that went unreleased (such as "Aviator" for Audio Push, "Believer" for Esthero, etc.) as well as stand alone songs such as covers that weren't released for sale (a la her cover of Coldplay's "Magic").

New tracks added: "808" for Timbaland's Timbaland Thursdays mixtape, "I Like It (Original Version)" for Ma$e's Harlem World album, "Beginning Together (Theme Song for 'Sesame Beginnings')" for Sesame Street's Sesame Beginnings (the absolute cutest recording for her Sesame Street guest appearance when Sy'Rai was a baby!)

This was a true labor of love here and no easy feat! From designing new artwork, wrangling all the files & so much more, felt it was only right to come back with this collection refreshed for you all.
A special thank you to the fellow Starz that helped with the reorganization of songs, and a special thank you to everyone that remained patient as I got this collection back up!
