If Things Work Out~
I made friends with a girl called Jessie at uni (and have previously mentioned her in a blog, to all you stalkers out there) and she lives ages away. She's been looking for a place in my area, or near uni, with pretty much no luck. I tried to look for a place and found one down the road but it was taken. As were a few others. So no such luck.
I was talking to Mahir, my landlord, in the kitchen yesterday and he told me that the man that lives in the other room would be moving out because he's left his job or something and is onto bigger things - he wants to become a chartered accountant or something similarly mathy - and I went nuts.
"Oh my gosh, that's GREAT news!" I exclaimed, before explaining Jessie's situation to him. Thankfully, he doesn't mind having another annoying teenage girl in the house, as long as he's getting money.
I'm so excited for Jessie. I'm sure she'll like the place. Fuck yeah, a flat mate whose not only my age, but on my course!
I'm blatantly going to get sick of her by the end of the year. :P
