This is the little vintage bunny with the furious face. Is he upset that it’s Monday and his wonderful weekend is over? Perhaps! But I like to think of him as the food critic of the kitchen. He’s the reliable one that continuously weighs in with his TRUE opinion. It’s too salty, too sweet, too spicy. There’s not enough pepper, there’s too much oregano. Needs more wine, needs less lemon. Hotter. Colder. More room temperature! Oh the insight! We all know such a creature in our cooking lives:) 💛 I just love his dissatisfied expression and that nervous are-you-sure-you-know-what-you-are-doing side eye glance. Such a face! I think he’s a critic by profession, but his true hidden talent is acting as a little motivator in the kitchen. A symbol to strive for such greatness in your culinary endeavors that one day you’ll have managed to make something so wonderful that even this little bunny will be pleased. It might be an impossible feat. But then again, you might just surprise yourself.
