Growing outside, uncovered in winter is a slooooooow process, but Tokyo Bekana is doing just as well as the Red Russian Kale 👍 . First time growing Tokyo Bekana, & so far no bugs, birds, or brodents nibbling at it. Maybe the near-freezing nights help—will be interesting to compare with spring & summer plantings as well 🤔 .
