It’s the truth when I say I didn’t know what friendship was when I discovered #MLPFiM. I grew up a perfectionist, too obsessed with myself to take time for others. I didn’t know any better. I started at the beginning, an OG, and the music hooked me.
I had realized I was alone. Not just lonely but alone. I went to Meetups for many things, yet the DCBronies was the most genuine. I saw a place for me as a leader, organizer, and baker. Xiagu Engineer Brony and myself grew the fandom and more importantly ourselves.
MLPFiM taught me to value others and learn about them. The Meetups and #toastmasters helped me discover that I am a #motivationalspeaker. #BrassKnucklesMLP was a character that helped me discover and be me true self.
I am forever grateful to all you #bronies @bronycon, cloudsdalecongress, Fillycon, SuperSpeedyCiderCon, BABScon and all the rest that helped me grow. I hope I was able to help you as well, and I will continue to. This is never the end. Keep going. You are worth it. #MLPSeriesfinale #ThankYouMLP

I am so excited to announce I will be presenting two panels at the last @bronycon, August 1-4 in Baltimore, Maryland!
Assertiveness Seminar: Plus Ultra! - a hybrid of my traditional motivational Iron Will presentation, with a tie in to My Hero Academia and lessons from All Might on what it takes to find the hero in you and go beyond!
Bronies United Against Bullying: It Gets Better with @dustykat, @foalpapers, @keepingfriendshipmagic and (virtually) @spikefiremane! This will be an interactive discussion about bullying and stigma that we have faced, and how we are working to overcome it. It will be a safe, supportive space, and the audience is invited to share their stories, if they are comfortable. You’re not alone.
Dates and times for the panels are to be determined and I’ll share it as I get it. Also, remember I’m now using @riftwingdesigns on all social media, with most posts going up on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. I can’t wait to see many of you there!
Hey #Bronycon attendees! These were the only two official photos of my time there - if you have any pictures of me at my panels (and I haven't replied to them yet to say I saw them) could you please post them here for me? I'd like to have as complete a record of my time there as I can. Thank you so much! /)
Brass Knuckles wants your help! She is finalizing her presentation for the last @bronycon over the next two weeks and wants to know, what's the most memorable lesson you learned from her? And if different, what is the one thing you want to hear her talk about this year?
Thank you for your continued support! /)
My @bronycon schedule has been set! I look forward to seeing many of you at #Bronycon2019 and for those that can’t make it, I will of course be recording my #AssertivenessSeminar. I’m so excited!
I'm happy to announce that my BronyCon panel, "Assertiveness Seminar Plus Ultra!" is now on YouTube! This crossover discussion draws on the lessons of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the quest to become a hero in Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia). During the panel, we discussed how these series are very similar; they value hard work, assertiveness, and understanding yourself. Please enjoy, and I welcome feedback and suggestions. If you'd like me to present at other conventions, please let myself and your convention planners know!
