Okay. So random scenario that popped in my head while thinking about Steve's tiny shorts and his smoothies. A jealous, bratty Steve:
Bucky hasn't been spending a lot of time with Steve. Of course Steve has his other daddies, but Bucky always makes sure he and Steve have routine one-one-one time. But he's been hanging out with some new sub and Steve is not happy about it! It's nothing, really. Fury asked Bucky to train the sub as they're being brought on as a new SHIELD agent. But Steve doesn't know this, or maybe he does, but he doesn't like that. It's taking all of his daddy's time away.
So when there is a mission, and the team is there—including that new sub who's being paired with his daddy—Steve ignores Bucky and ends up getting hurt. Bucky putting Steve on a timeout after recklessly getting himself hurt during a mission. No stuffies, no sweet smoothies, no cartoons, no fun. It's not the result Steve was looking for, but he could work with that. Bucky thinks it's weird when Steve readily agrees to the terms, but was happy he didn’t have to deal with bratty behavior.
Then he comes back from an outing with Sam and finds Steve and Tony on the rooftop. He received a message from Tony that he’ll be working on Steve’s bike. Confusing to Bucky because he just fixed Steve’s bike a few days ago. Even more confusing is why Tony would be on the rooftop when he has a perfectly functional garage attached to his workshop. So he’s on the rooftop and Steve laid out on a comfy beach chair in a pair of cutoff jean shorts—unbuttoned and rolled down showing off his lace, baby blue panties—, a matching baby blue bralette and hair bow, a strawberry smoothie in one hand and his iron man stuffy in the other. And Tony is there, not working on the bike, but massaging sunscreen lotion into Steve’s soft skin. Steve spots Bucky and innocently sips on his smoothie, watching as his daddy gets increasingly upset at the situation in front of him.
And Tony has no idea what the issue is. As far as he knows, Bucky forgot to give Steve his smoothie before leaving, and Steve couldn’t find his favorite stuffy and he hadn’t been out since his last mission.
Bucky calmly walks over to Steve, takes away the smoothie and the stuffy, throws him over his shoulder, then walks away, while informing Tony that they'll talk later.
Steve is giddy cause not only did he get his smoothie, but he knows he's about to get the proper punishment he's been wanting. And maybe daddy will stick around for a while afterwards, too.
*this turned out a lot longer than I meant for it to be. sorry! 🙈
Omg no, I want more!
Let's be honest, even if Bucky fixed Steve's bike, Steve being the total brat he is would've purposely wrecked it and hurt himself even more, just to make Tony fix it and to be pampered by his other Daddies to make Bucky totally jealous.
He's angry and confused because he has a hard time sharing his Daddies with anyone. He's been so self-less his entire life, that now that he's gotten the Princess treatment from his Daddies and has gotten used to being spoiled and being comfortable sharing his dislikes and things that make him uncomfy, he needs to make it known that he hates the new sub.
The new sub (Bobby aka. Ice man) is now learning to control his powers and one day when Bucky's training him, Steve interrupts- even though he'd been warned not to- and Bobby accidentally freezes Steve partially. The whole thing terrifies Steve and after Bucky breaks him out of the ice, he runs. He tries to avoid Bucky the best he can after that, traumatized by being frozen and thinking that Bucky had somehow allowed Bobby to hurt him.
His Daddies have to explain Bobby's powers to him and that Bucky hadn't meant for that to happen.
When all is forgiven, Bucky still disciplines his baby, as hard as it is for him, he makes sure Steve's ass is red and sore for days- a fitting punishment for nearly giving Bucky a heart attack when Bobby had accidentally frozen him. Bucky was not happy about that at all.
"Don't you ever scare me like that again, baby! You hear me?"
And Steve whimpers, "yes Daddy," through tears and spit and snot because he's a sobbing mess over his Daddy's lap.
[This turned out way more angsty than I intended 😭]
