Jessie the Border collie is a working scent detection dog, for the Endangered Wildlife Trust. She is helping the team with locating Critically Endangered Riverine Rabbits for research and conservation purposes. This year Jessie will also be deployed to assist with Golden Mole research on the West Coast of South Africa. Because Jessie spends so much time in the field, she is at high risk of getting tick bite fever.
