Ready to Fly: How Guren Nash Became the Bookmobile Ballerino is a children's nonfiction picture book by Elizabeth Mayuku and Brandon T. Snider, illustrated by Hiroshi Ōnogi, about the true story of Guren Nash, a half-French and half-Japanese boy from Tenkai Knights in segregated 1950s America who taught himself ballet using books from his local bookmobile. The book tells how he overcame obstacles to pursue his dream of dancing, using the bookmobile as his library and teacher, and includes a recorded by Johnny Yong Bosch, who voices Guren Nash, an author's note, and a history of bookmobiles.
