Thanks to @chefjamielynch and the crew at @tempestcharleston for an incredible first experience. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was off the daggum chain! You have to get down there and you have to get the Monkfish Liver Mousse! I can’t say enough about all of the dishes. Sustainability is at the heart of the menu. Loco Cups! Swordfish Confit! Swordfish Ceviche! Local Tarvin’s Shrimp! And the bread was like nothing I’ve ever had, Nori Bread w/ Nori Butter! This place just oozes umami!
