The Chaos Squad

Evening, people, well on my part I should say ”good night”. I’m making this post in behalf of @callsign-dragonbaron because I’ve heard some of her followers have been upset about The Chaos Squad.

This is a group of 7 people (8 counting Dragon) whom are as in love with the Top Gun/Top Gun Maverick family and their characters as much as the fandom. These 8 people are the ones that form #TheChaosSquad, all of them also have their favourite characters whom they are shipped with.

I don’t know the severity of these comments that Dragon has gotten, but what I do know is, that there are people who have tried to join Chaos Squad or have just been plain angry about some of the gals in this list ”owning a character to themselves”, this is in no way, shape or form the case, you are still very welcome to interact with the posts that are tagged with the before mentioned tag, but the memberlist of the squad is not open.

I’m not trying to anger anyone with this, but it has to be said and I’m sure that all of the tagged people in this post are on the same though train as me.

I have vented about it before, but I don’t accept the fact that my friends are being bullied here, because the outcome is this: Me writing a long rant post about why this shit suck and why it should stop.

Seriously, think a little before you comment something stupid on someones post.

Okay seriously, fuck this. I normally don’t do these kinds of posts, and when I do, they’re literally few and far between for a reason.

In the past few months, I’ve been seeing my favourite people here on Tumblr (most recently just a few moments ago) get hate, because they don’t update the series they’re in the middle of, or post something else entirely.

Yes, I get that some people get really fucking invested in the reading, but jesus christ, get a handle on yourselves. What makes it worse, is the fact that these people send the hate as anons and don’t have the guts to send it in their usernames.

At the end of the day these writers you send hate to have their own lives on the other side of the screen you’re reading from. These writers have school, work, friends, schoolwork on top of the time they want to spend alone at home and decompress from those things.

Next time you want to send hate to someone, please think beforehand, because these writers have every right to stop writing their series entirely and let it rot.

I don’t know why, but I have a deep hatred for Adrianne Palicki that started in The Orville and seeing her in Doctor Odyssey season 1 episode 9 ”Shark Attack!” pissed me off. THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THE EYEFUCKING WITH MAX DURING THE SURGERY!!

Episode 10 is needed now. Disney+ better serve (not that I watched episode 9 illegally cuz it’s not in the Finnish D+ yet)

Bro no fucking way 😂, I WAS THE ONE asking my younger brother earlier today what his money balance was (cuz I’m broke and needed to buy food + hygiene products & my meds)

He said he doesn’t have anything to give, cuz he’s only getting paid tomorrow. So I went and said ”okay I’ll roll up something around then”. Aka, I went and asked for 10€ from our older brother and his sweet loving butt gave me 50€ instead

And now my younger brother is complaining to me that he’s not sure if he’s gonna manage it home with the gas he has cuz he also needs to eat (in the same sentence he asked if I CAN GIVE HIM money for food). I explained that I only asked for 10€ from our older brother and he dropped it
